La Leche League (LLL) meetings are a welcoming space to ask questions, share experiences, and find guidance from trained LLL Leaders and fellow parents—all in a relaxed, judgment-free setting. Whether you’re expecting, nursing a newborn, or weaning a child, you’re welcome here.

LLL meetings can help with:

• Getting breastfeeding/chestfeeding off to a good start

• Handling challenges like latching, pumping, or supply concerns

• Navigating nursing and working

• Nighttime parenting, introducing solids, and more

• Building a supportive parenting community

This is a hybrid meeting. You’re welcome to join in person or virtually—whatever works best for you.
