Find Support at La Leche League Meetings

One of the best things about La Leche League (LLL) is the local support we offer. Our Leaders are trained parent volunteers who give free information and support.

We offer both in-person and virtual meetings, and you can find the full calendar with links to join. Meetings are free, and you’re welcome to come to as many as you like.

At LLL Meetings, you’ll find:

• A friendly place to talk about breastfeeding, chestfeeding, pumping, weaning, and feeding your baby human milk

• Support from trained LLL Leaders

• A chance to meet other parents who are on a similar journey

• Real-life encouragement and connection

Many parents say they met some of their closest friends through LLL!

You do not need to live in a certain town or area—join any meeting that fits your schedule. And if you need help between meetings, LLL Leaders are always available to support you.
