This is a virtual Drop-In Cafe on Zoom co-hosted by LLL North Hills and LLL Fairfax, VA

La Leche League meetings are FREE meetings led by parent volunteers who have breastfed their own children and been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to offer information and support to other nursing parents.

Meetings are attended by expectant, new, and experienced parents and their children. Babies and children are welcome. Experienced nursing parents who have weaned are always welcome. Formula feeding but interested in learning more about feeding human milk? Stop by! 

Meetings start with brief introductions and are followed by discussing any questions or concerns parents have brought. If time allows, we discuss rotating breastfeeding topics that often cover bringing baby home, starting solids, and weaning. Our meetings are informal, supportive discussions, not classes or lectures, and no two meetings are exactly alike.
