Breastfeeding in public can bring up many feelings. Some parents feel confident and ready. Others feel unsure, anxious, or overwhelmed. Many experience a mix of all of these at different times.
At this La Leche League meeting, we will talk openly about breastfeeding outside the home. We will explore common concerns, personal experiences, and practical ideas that can help make feeding your baby in public feel more manageable and comfortable.
Topics may include:
Navigating public spaces while breastfeeding
Handling comments, stares, or questions from others
Knowing your rights and finding supportive spaces
Building confidence in feeding your baby wherever you are
Supporting one another through shared experiences
This meeting is a supportive, judgment-free space for parents at all stages. Whether you are breastfeeding a newborn, an older baby, or are preparing for future outings, you are welcome to join the conversation.
This meeting will be held virtually on Zoom, making it easy to join from wherever you are. All parents are welcome. Come as you are, with your baby, your questions, and your experiences.
